Light Green Pistachio Kernels

This group includes pistachios harvested before full maturity, characterized by a light green color, and preferred especially in baklava production.

  • Light Green Grade 1: Premium product with the highest greenness ratio, suitable for baklava and luxury desserts.
  • Light Green Grade 2: Medium greenness, preferred for economical baklava and general production.
  • Light Green Grade 3: Lighter tone, standard light green pistachio widely used in the food industry.

Meverdi Pistachio Kernels

This type of kernel is harvested close to full maturity, darker in color, flavorful, and suitable for versatile uses.

  • Meverdi Extra: Selected for color and size, high-quality grade.
  • Meverdi: Standard quality suitable for general and industrial use.

Shell-On Products for Direct Consumption

Products prepared for direct consumption, either roasted or salted:

  • Roasted & Salted Antep Pistachio: Roasted and salted version of shell-on Antep pistachios.
  • Roasted & Salted Siirt Pistachio: Roasted and salted large-sized Siirt pistachios.

Quality and Selection Policy

Traceability in the Supply Chain

All our products are recorded and tracked with details such as batch number, harvest region, production date, and processing method. This ensures traceability of each product’s source and processing history.

Physical and Chemical Analyses

Before delivery, our products undergo the following tests:

  • Color and size classification (sieve calibration)
  • Moisture content measurement (ideally between 4–6%)
  • Foreign matter analysis
  • Aflatoxin and microbiological tests (available upon request with accredited laboratory support)

Manual and Optical Sorting

Our production line uses both manual sorting stations and color-sorting optical machines to ensure homogeneous color, flawless appearance, and minimal waste.

Application-Based Product Recommendations

We offer product recommendations tailored to customer needs. For example:

  • Light Green Grade 1 for baklava producers
  • Slivers or Rice for biscuit factories

Packaging and Logistics

Our products are packaged according to demand in 5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg, or bulk (big bag) formats. Shipments are made in vacuum-sealed, kraft paper, or industrial PP sacks. Necessary documents (invoice, certificate of origin, analysis reports) are provided by us during export processes.
